Terms of use.

By using isyourfirmaiinvisible.com you agree to the terms below. Last updated May 11, 2026.

1. Acceptance of terms.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the isyourfirmaiinvisible.com website and the AI visibility diagnostic and related content (collectively, the "Service"), operated by LawShift ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service.

The Service is a free informational tool that queries third-party AI search engines and reports whether a law firm appears in the engines' responses to consumer-oriented prompts. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The Service is not legal advice, not a guarantee of marketing results, and not a substitute for professional consultation.

3. Acceptable use.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to interfere with, compromise the security of, or reverse-engineer the Service; (c) use automated means (scripts, bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written consent; (d) submit information that infringes any third party's rights; (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any submission; (f) use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any third party.

4. Intellectual property.

The Service and all content on it — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, software, methodology documentation, and the diagnostic itself — are the property of LawShift or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any portion of the Service without our prior written consent, except that you may print or download individual pages for your personal, non-commercial use.

"LawShift," "Is Your Firm AI Invisible?," "Casetimator," and related logos and marks are trademarks of LawShift. All other trademarks referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.

5. Third-party content and links.

The Service may include references to or quotations from third-party AI engines, law firms, publications, and other external sources. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party material. References to specific law firms in diagnostic results reflect the third-party engines' output and do not constitute an endorsement by us.

6. Disclaimers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that diagnostic results will be accurate, current, or complete. See the Disclaimer page for additional important notices, including that diagnostic results are not legal advice and do not predict actual case outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will LawShift, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

8. Indemnification.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LawShift and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

9. Modifications to the service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

10. Modifications to these terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Severability and entire agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and LawShift regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
